Bob “Too Tall” Dieter with duct booboo

Bob “Dieter the Heater” started working in the family business when he was 10 years old & became a full time employee upon graduation from Libery High School in 1975. He started running the company when his father, Raymond Dieter, died in 1979 & Bob became the owner in 1984. Bob is the estimator, installer, serviceman, gofer, and all around Chief Cook & Bottle Washer, so to speak.

In his off hours, Bob loves to cook & entertain friends. He loves to share recipes & cooking tips.

You will also often find Bob running around the property on his John Deere playing “Farmer” Bob, mowing acreage, trimming trees, or working on landscaping.
